4. Expert Responsibilities

Experts are independent contractors, not employees of ReptileStores.Live. They agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws, especially those concerning animal welfare and trade regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Experts are compensated based on their agreements, minus platform fees and applicable taxes.

  • ReptileStores.Live acts solely as a platform to connect Users and Experts and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of advice provided.

  • All advice is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice or services when required.

  • The Platform is not liable for any decisions or purchases made based on Expert advice.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReptileStores.Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
